Release: I recognize that skiing and snowboarding are vigorous sports and accept the risks that are inherent in skiing boarding and the ski area mountain environment. I accept my responsibilities to be informed, to behave prudently, to abide by the User Responsibility Code and all other posted behavior notices and to ski board safely at all times. I realize my child may be riding the lift alone or with another child and that photos of lessons may be taken for use in brochures. In consideration of acceptance of my enrollment in the Pebble Creek Ski School, I agree to indemnify, hold harmless and release Winter Rec. Mgt., Inc., Pebble Creek Ski Area, Ltd., School District 25 and other bus services, their directors, instructors and sponsors, all subsidiaries and their agents and employees from all claims, liabilities, or costs which arise out of my travel to or from and participation in the Pebble Creek Ski School program. Student must sign; parent or legal guardian must also sign if student is under 18.
